I called all the way from deep, South Texas on Wednesday and she was able to help me arrange a delivery for Friday to a relative in Siloam Springs of a dozen roses with chocolates - that they did not have on hand. When I tell you I was blown away and so genuinely thankful for Vicky's outstanding customer service by going through the effort to obtain the chocolates they didn't have in their shop, I'm not even kidding. I have been especially pleased with the new idea that he was told about having shorter stemmed roses to make them last longer.
