Paid 1200.00 dollars for two recliners. Was told the inserts were real leather and would last a lifetime. The material began falling apart and wasn't leather at all but some junk material they call 'bonded' leather. The manufacturer discontinued that material. Bynum offered me $66.00 a chair if I returned them. My feet and any other folks I'll tell will never set foot through their doors again. I give it a one star, as there were no other symbol's for disgusted with the service. Beware!
This place is great. Friendly and honest. I paid $324 for a king mattress and they through in a set of king sheets. They are delivering tomarrow for free. I recommend that everyone goes to Bynum Furniture in Siloam Springs, AR.
