Terrible experience! Terrible customer service! Quoted one price and charged another. Women behind counter basically called me a liar, which is unacceptable! My teenage children with me heard exactly what she quoted. When I went in to tell the owner about the situation, the same women stayed in a back office and yelled that what I was saying was not true. He did nothing to stop her or rectify the situation. It was the worst customer service situation I have ever been in. Not only was the customer service terrible but the workmanship is not good. They were suppose to put a new head on my ring and now it snags on everything. And if you have jewelry in there on consignment beware because the same women I mentioned above gave me all kinds of information about personal life situations of the jewelry owners during my first trip in the store. That should of given me an indication of what was to come.
