This utility company is crooked as hell. When I lived in Siloam Springs in 2013, the tellers were rude as can be, and I am now finding out that they were theives. I moved from Siloam for good in September of 2013 and I am just now finding out that the utility company pocketed my final payment without crediting my account. Let me be clear when I state this, I returned in 10/2013 to zero out my account and they stole my money. I only found out about this two weeks ago when it posted to my credit score and dropped it a whole 200 points. This cost me a job that I was being considered for in the financing industry. I went in to try and resolve this issue and they told me that there is nothing they can do unless I fork over $261. Basically my advice is this, if you are considering renting or owning a property that has Siloam utilities don't. They will screw you over in a heart beat. Do not do any business with these people under ANY circumstances. Run in the other direction.
