Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub. Great visit.
This is an amazing hotel. We've had some bad experiences with holiday inn Express lately. But this stay definitely changed that. It is a brand new hotel, and it shows. Everything about the rooms and common areas was new and modern. All the outlets in the rooms have USB ports for charging your phone or other devices. All the staff was friendly. And the hotel is very convenient to everything in the area. Will be staying again soon.
This place is one of the best hotels. Great guest experience from the front desk to maid service.
Central location. Bed OK but a little too soft. Big fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. Keurig coffee in room was awful. Don't understanding how they expect environmentally friendly guest who don't want housekeeping. There is one tiny towel rack. No place to hang large heavy towels or the bath mat.
The best place in Siloam Springs to stay hands down! The place is retro with a all new style. The service is great and the GM Hanna Justice & team are tops. I highly recommend staying here!
