1st time eating at a Zaxby and it reminded me of Raising Canes. Customer service was fantastic, the chicken was fresh and tasty however the fries were not. Over all I would come back.
I got lunch for my wife and I here. I pulled up to the drive through and was not greeted, and had to say "Hello?" Before the person finally said "Yeah what can I get you." We ordered 2 of their 4 finger plates, with extra toast on both, and changed one of the sauces. After sitting in the drive through for 8 minutes, I finally get my food (almost $20 for 2 people), and take it up to my wife's work. We open the boxes to find that she didn't get any toast at all, and mine only had 1 slice (both should have had 2). In addition, there were very very few fries and the tenders were shriveled and looked like they'd been sitting under a warmer for a half hour or longer. Also, one of the sauces they gave us was wrong. I double checked the receipt, and it was all listed correctly, but the order they gave us was completely wrong. I was the only one in the drive through line, so I don't believe I got someone else's order. I don't think I'll be going to Zaxby's again any time soon. I'll stick with Slim Chickens, it's infinitely better for the same or better price and I've never had a negative experience with them.
Foods good but it's overpriced, better take out a second mortgage if you wanna feed more than one person.
The Zaxby's Club is delicious, service is good and the decor is fun.
Overpriced, nickel and dime you for dipping sauce. Lobby is empty, drive thru slow. EVERY table in the place is dirty. Won’t come back
