WAS SUPPOSED TO GET REFUND FOR REMAINING MONTH RENT THEY NEVER SENT THE CHECK NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS
We stored our household good there for 4 months plus and they were wonderful to work with! They helped us get the units that fit our need and the automatic credit card payments worked great. And it was way cheaper than storage in the city we were moving to!
I've used them for about a year now. Only complaint i have is not being notified in the price increase of the uniting im renting. But i like how its a non contract facility so you only use the storage unit for as long as you need it
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME WITH THIS RENTAL PLACE I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN
Over priced
This has been very horrible. She sent me a letter...charged me 20 dollars and it had a totally different unit on it. I am paid all the way through December. She put a lock on my unit. I have all my receipts. Finally got the lock off but she STILL has me locked out! I am almost to the point of obtaining an attorney. I'm pissed! I'm paid and she is still keeping me out. Christian? No!
