They finally called after I left negative reviews on the company on social media. They said they did not have time to call due to the hurricane but did have the time to read social media. Only took them 10 days. The only way apparently you can get them to follow up is by negative reviews on social media. They then tried to go the childish route. They tried to cancel my reservation with Royal Caribbean however Royal is honoring it. I have been cruising for over 25 years. Since Lori tragically passed away this company has just become an embarrassment. Stay away at all costs.The email cancellation said that the group booking could not be honored due to lack of bookings. I confirmed with Royal groups that this was in fact another lie that the company told. RUN from these folks at all costs.
