I just talked to an elder lady on the phone about one of my payments and she was really rude and talked to me like I was trash. I will never buy here again, and if you are thinking about buying a car from here, don't the people are rude and they screw you over.
They really upgraded their inventory over the last few years and their staff is really nice we have had a great experience every time we have purchased a vehicle if there's ever a problem as long as I communicate there's never an issue .
They can be very hateful. Charge way more than car is worth.
My mom bought my 2012 Chevy Sonic from Car-Mart of Siloam Springs. Love my car! All of the people there are really nice and helpful.
If I could choose no stars I would. Siloam Springs car mart sells incredibly overpriced vehicles & their customer service is absolutely awful. They do not work with their customers if there's an issue regarding payment & are downright rude. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them (or any Car Mart, for that matter) & I strongly advise anyone else from purchasing from them.
