Purchased a 2006 GMC 2500 Sierra 4×4 flatbed farm truck. Friendly straight forward customer service. Fair trade ins and worked with us on everything including swapping out wheels/tires. The truck we bought was solid and is a workhorse on the farm. We will use them again when that time comes.
Well I certainly did not want to do this but, I feel as though I should. Two months ago we bought a truck from Top Motors in Siloam Springs (next to TJ's Pizza) we went in interested in a different truck but was told it was "on consignment" and that they wouldn't be able to finance that one but they promptly showed us another truck that they had just received and assured us it was a great truck. Of course we asked them if it had been check out etc and they assured us it had been. We test dove it and it appeared to be ok, a bit rough but then again it was a Diesel so we chalked it up to that and the fact it was a huge truck. So we made the deal. Within a few days we noticed things just weren't right so we took it back and they agreed to look at it. They tinkered around on it for a few days and told us what they had done and assured us things were all better now. So trusting there judgment we left. Within another week or so the truck was definitely not ok and my husband broke down on the highway stranded. He was very upset as you can imagine so he called Top Motors and they agreed to come tow the truck back to their shop. After keeping it for another several days they gave it back again assuring us that this time it was all fixed. We are now two months in and the truck has never been OK and it finally died leaving my husband stranded. After calling Top Motors we were told there was nothing else they were willing to do. My husband took the truck to a reputable mechanic that specializes in these particular trucks. We have now been told the truck was in bad shape and should have never been sold. It needs over $4000 just to make it drivable.

Top motors owner Tim Pugh will not return our phone calls and his finance manager Brandon has basically told us "To Bad." So after giving $13000 giving them a $1500 down payment and trading in our car, we are going to need to put in another $4200 just to have reliable transportation. Mr. Pugh is a known Christian man in the community which is terribly disappointing.
