Dr. Wood and his staff treat me like family. They are respectful of my time but clearly want to take the time to do the best job for me. Dental care is seldom painless but they are as gentle as possible and never spring a bad surprise on me. I have never felt like I was simply Client/Patient #47. Charges are reasonable and well explained. I trust Dr. Wood.
The staff are friendly and very polite. Especially when they are telling you that you owe them money for a procedure that you asked them not to do. I specifically told them that if my insurance was not going to cover the special cleaning that I didn't want it, and that they needed to make sure it was covered. They assured me it was covered then they tell em I owe them 200+ dollars. When I questioned them on the the bill they threatened me with collection. Then they said I didn't owe them anything and said I was not welcomed back. I know of atleast one other person they have pulled this on. Save yourself time a nd possibly a lot of money and avoid this place.
