Dr. Walters is an honest guy and he's good at what he does. His passion is definitely there.
Just moved to the area, my husband broke a tooth and they got him in right away. Had no problems becoming patients. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They explain what they are going to do and how it will effect you. Tell you up front what your insurance will pay and what is your responsibility and will work out payment plan for you. Highly recommend Siloam Smiles.

Dr. Castle helped make sure that I was as comfortable as possible, letting me opt to have the procedure done while awake since anesthesia was a large part of my fears. He did a really great job and the recovery process was very easy—esp in light of how messy my situation was due to avoiding the procedure for so long.
Dr. Castle removed my wisdom teeth after I’d needed them taken out for almost a decade. A bad incident with an oral surgeon as a kid left me with some serious dentist phobia, which is why I’d been putting off having them removed for so long—way past the point where they’d been causing me a lot of problems. Prior to seeing Dr. Castle, I met with about 4 other dentists or surgeons about having them taken out, and didn’t even make it through the entire consultation with some of them (because the panic set in and I ended up leaving).
the administration and staff are all fantastic. They are the only reason I'll be going back. Dr Walters needs to work on his people skills and practice a little humility.
